Tunisian Cloud is a company that offers computer services and professional training.
Our main mission is to solve the problems directly related to information systems: the creation of information, its use and its analysis.

Tunisian Cloud also has a training center certified by the
Tunisian Ministry of Professional Training and Employment and accredited by two international certification bodies PECB and EC-Council.
With the proven expertise of our team of trainers and experts, we offer an exceptional service to our clients/professionals by training and preparing them to pass internationally recognized certifications in the fields of Cloud Computing and Cybersecurity.
Bassem LAMOUCHI founded Tunisian Cloud in 2014.
A year later, he succeeded in establishing the Tunisian Cloud Training Center : lycaon Institute.
As a software engineer and thanks to his invaluable expertise in the field, he has contributed to the development of a rich and updated content with new information and communication technologies.
Holding more than 30 international certifications, Mr. LAMOUCHI has
developed an innovative strategy of competence through certifications which helped him to conclude partnership and representation agreements with the most internationally recognized publishers in the world of ICT.
Milestones in the history of lycaon Institute
{TC}² : lycaon Institute has been approved by the Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training as a training center under the registration number 33 042 15. The first training session took place in March 2015 for the benefit of members of the Tunisian Association for the Integration of Young Graduates.
In June 2017, {TC}² signed a partnership agreement with the certification body PECB to provide training and auditing services on ISO standards. The first certification cycle was on ISO 27032 Lead Cybersecurity Manager, it took place in September 2017 with a Tunisian-Ivorian participation.
EC-Council has recognized {TC}² as an accredited training center that meets rigorous standards of excellence for the delivery of training led by Certified EC-Council Instructors.
Having certified 12 candidates in one year, {TC}² has become a silver partner of the PECB certification body.
Focusing on the needs and expectations of the learners and other beneficiaries, {TC}² has started the implementation of an education management system according to ISO 21001.
